The house is located in the private estate of 10000 sq.m. and has spacious garden with fruit trees, pool, several terraces at different levels with stunning views to the sea and to the natural park of Ses Salines, barbecue and parking area for 3 cars. On the main floor, connected to the living room, there is spacious open-air terrace with big dining table. On this level there are as well private terraces of some of the bedrooms. On the ground floor there is covered chill-out terrace, 7 x 3 m pool with sun terrace with deck chairs and parasols and other big open-air terrace with jacuzzi. 50% of the total amount of the stay is to be paid at the moment of booking like a guarantee. The remaining 50% of the total of the reservation should be paid upon arrival to the property if you pay in cash or 15 days before the arrival date if you pay by bank transfer.
Total or partial cancellation should be sent by the client in written form and the following cancellation fees are applied:
From the moment of the reservation and upto 60 days before the arrival date, 150€.
From 59 upto 0 days before the arrival date 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
In case of no-show you will be charged the 50% of the total amount of the stay.
